“Sheepie Sleepy”, a family-friendly board game for up to four players, is currently seeking your help on Kickstarter. “Sheepie Sleepy” tasks players with rolling dice and moving sheep around the board in an attempt to get as far as possible. The dice themselves include symbols for coffee, sleeping, sheep, and earplugs…some of which you’ll want to roll while others will end up setting you back. The game promises easy to learn rules and mechanics, making it fun and accessible for your entire family.
In a recent press release, the folks at Seahorse Games had this to say:
“Sheepie Sleepy* is a fun, frantic, dice-based game for family and friends.
Enjoy hours of unpredictable fun with ‘Sheepie Sleepy’, the family-friendly game brought to you by Seahorse Games.
Play at the table once dinner is done, take out the game during a picnic with the family or have a few games in the pub. Roll the dice, and if Lady Luck is with you, you’ll have 5 sheep to put in your sheep pen. The more sheep you collect, the further you get to progress on the game board. But watch out! You may get woken up by other people snoring or perhaps you’ve had too much coffee and can’t get to sleep?
Sheepie Sleepy is a great game which we want to share with the whole wide world. To achieve our goal of having the game ready for sale just in time for jumper season, we started a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds so that we can get a nice large production run of the games out for November. Well, that’s the master plan. We pressed Go! on Tuesday 27th August 2013.
*Sleep is not guaranteed. Only fun and good times!”
