I’ve been playing video games ever since I was a kid. While Dad’s Gaming Addiction was intended as a website to house tabletop gaming content, I didn’t feel right excluding the very thing that has stuck with me for all these years…from the Atari 2600 all the way up to the latest in PC greatness. To that end, below is a collection of my video game reviews and previews. Feel free to browse at your leisure. Please be aware that my YouTube channel (link below) is my primary method of releasing video game coverage…meaning the list below does not fully represent the scope of the games I’ve covered.
If you are a game developer / publisher and would like me to cover / review / play test your game, feel free to get in touch with me at vmp0514@msn.com. I prioritize full keys and paid coverage, with paid coverage always coming first.
Thank You!

Hi Vince,
I have been watching your videos on the new Beta version of Trainfever and would just like to say, that being new to this sort of game, I found it very helpful. I usually play the more serious Train Simulator’s like Microsft Train Sim and the like’s. So I thought I would give Trainfever a look over by watching the beta videos for this new game.
I have pre ordered it and I am looking forward to getting it on release. However, the reason I am writing to you, is to say how glad I was to see someone go through the learning curve, by explaining step by step, what all the various buttons do whilst getting familiar with the game yourself.
Not many people do this with a game, when playing, they assume that everyone knows how these games operate and don’t bother explaining what does what, or give any help to a complete beginner. Like you stated, in one of your videos, you have had a lot of nasty comments and some more helpful, by those who are familiar with this game.
So I just want to say a big thank you for showing how you yourself have discovered how the game operates, because I have certainly learned a lot from your gameplay.
Anyway Vince, I look forward to watching more videos on Trainfever, which Looks good, and will probably getter better once the developers have made more improvements and supplied the tools to allow you to make your own maps.
I look forward to your reply Vince.
Happy Gaming
Geoff
Thanks Geoff, I appreciate all the compliments. I just got an email from the developer stating that there will be two “major” patches before launch, with one coming this Sunday. If I have time, I’ll post some more videos and check out what was updated. They also claim that more patches are coming post-launch, which is hopefully a good thing. Anywho, thanks for taking the time to write!
-Vince
Hi Vince,
I just wanted to say that i love your videos because they have a little bit of a tutorial feel in them without losing the comedy factor which i think is really hard to achieve. So a big compliment on that.
But the reason for me writing is that i wanted to create a game about raising minions and building an empire almost completely passive and wondered if you would test it when it is ready for the alpha (takes probably about a year or two since i have no experience).
If I’m still around then, I’ll be happy to take a look at it.
