Well, hello! December snuck up on us pretty quickly and you know what that means…another DGA Awards list that is oh-so-helpful in helping people choose what games to look at next and/or possibly buy them for a loved one this holiday season. That’s what I keep telling myself anyway.
To be honest, I haven’t had a whole lot of time as of late to update this blog…not that I didn’t want to. Medically it’s been hell. To top it off, I had surgery a couple of days ago and have phase 2 scheduled in four months. I still publish board game content though, mainly in the form of let’s plays and first impressions on my YouTube Channel. I also still honor paid Kickstarter previews and anyone else willing to pay for my time.
The format of this year’s DGA Awards is going to be a free-for-all, much like my health…LOL. I’ve included lists for our Top Ten Favorite Games for this year at this point in time, regardless of release date and regardless of them being on last year’s list.
Before I do that, I should probably plug the places in which I have been publishing board game/video game content and also provide ways for you to support or donate. Every little bit is appreciated, especially now that I’m jobless thanks to a corporate downsizing.
