I wanted to take a time out from reviewing games for a moment to just report a bit of news that I came across recently. Mage Company, the same folks who sent me “Wrong Chemistry” to review, has a Kickstarter page up and running for their recent project, “12 Realms.”
12 Realms
“12 Realms” is a cooperative, family adventure game for one to six players that features highly detailed pieces and miniatures in a fantasy-like setting. You’ll be taking on the roles of famous characters like Snow White, Red Riding Hood, and D’Artagnan with the ultimate goal of stopping the Dark Lords. Players will be traveling to different lands, battling monsters, and claiming treasure.
The good news is, they’ve already passed their goal by $6,000 as of 12/17/12 with 42 days left to go. They are hoping to get your support in helping to reach their stretch goals, which range from $30,000 all the way up to $75,000.
